Beckoning across Bekaa, Beirut, and Tripoli, our journey resonated with Basbina to Tariq el Jdide. Amid 800 radiant beneficiaries, 350 embraced practical learning in production units, while 450 emerged as torchbearers, carrying certificates of recognition.
