Rehabilitation of unused agricultural land and building the capacities of vulnerable local population in North Lebanon in response to economic and environmental crisis
Embracing a vision of progress and collaboration, the PIN-Slovackaid-funded project set out to bring the gift of safe water to vital locations. Through our dedicated efforts, we sought to increase awareness of water management practices while positively impacting the lives of 120 farmers, 35 refugees, and 1000 residents. Our multifaceted approach included the implementation of irrigation and rain harvest systems, comprehensive water testing, sustainable farming training, efficient water infrastructure management, and enlightening awareness sessions for farmers and esteemed municipality members. Together, we created a transformative wave of change, nourished communities and fostered a sustainable future.
