Delivery of an Advanced Food Processing and Preservation Trainings

Enriching Lives: A Flavorful Journey with the DRC. Through the gracious support of the DRC, this project embarked on a mission to empower and enrich lives through advanced training and the art of “mouneh” product processing. Guided by our commitment, we brought together a dedicated group of 30 beneficiaries, igniting a journey of skill and tradition. With passion as our compass, Fair Trade Lebanon orchestrated 120 hours of immersive food processing and preservation training, shaping a tapestry of expertise that weaves the flavors of heritage into a vibrant future.
