Cooperative Development Activity (CD4) Capacity Building Subaward

Benefiting 6 cooperatives, this project funded by USAID is committed to enhancing the cooperative landscape on a national level. It provides coaching sessions in product development, market linkage, governance, and financial stock management. Key activities include selecting and improving the top 5 products for each cooperative, facilitating labelling and packaging, engaging youth interns in the product development process, establishing essential market linkages, and instilling sound governance and management practices.
