This nationwide initiative, supported by USAID and implemented in partnership with Agriculture Rural Development (ARE) benefiting 5,500 farmers, is dedicated to mitigating the challenges posed by rising food costs and diminished purchasing power among rural communities in Lebanon. By distributing seeds, seedlings, and compost, the project empowers Lebanese families to cultivate nutritious, homegrown food, reducing monthly expenditures. Additionally, through comprehensive training and access to local markets, it enhances farmer yields and income.
