SUBUL Project - Empowering Vulnerable Families Through Skills, Nutrition, and Livelihoods
The SUBUL project, implemented in partnership with Save the Children Lebanon, aims to enhance the resilience and self-reliance of vulnerable families with children. Through integrated and sustainable interventions, this initiative improves access to food and nutrition, and creates livelihood opportunities through life skills, financial literacy, vocational and entrepreneurship training, and work-based learning. Mothers are empowered through community groups, receiving nutrition guidance, and youth are engaged in identifying and implementing community support projects that answer local needs.
By fostering skills, knowledge, and active community participation, the project helps children to thrive and households to become independent despite ongoing hardships.
