Expertise:
Nurturing Prosperity Together: Supported by the Government of Canada through the esteemed Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and General Directorate of Cooperatives, our project embarked with the aim of empowering women, encompassing both Syrian refugees and Lebanese citizens, by equipping 750 of them with the skills they need to thrive in the agro-food sector. Through online and face-to-face training, we delved into four vital domains: nurturing agricultural cooperative management, fostering business essentials, mastering negotiation and strategic action, and embracing the vital intersections of gender and ethics.
