Expertise:

Backed by the European Union via the Rene Mouawad Foundation (RMF) alongside esteemed partners MADA, DOT, and CFUWI, this initiative was a beacon of hope for rural women in North Lebanon. The goal was to elevate their social and economic status. With a strategic focus on Akkar and Donniyeh, the project ignited empowerment by simplifying access to essential services. This catalyzed increased participation in economic growth and deepened understanding of women’s rights. As a powerful testament, four value chains – pomegranate, dried fruits, almond, and olive – came to life.
